Eve Air Mobility
Eve, Embraer-X's first spin-off, Venture Builder and Embraer's innovation agent, has been listed on the New York Stock Exchange since May 2022 as an independent company, and is dedicated to accelerating the UAM (Urban Air Mobility) ecosystem. Benefiting from a start-up mindset, supported by more than 50 years of Embraer's aerospace experience and with a unique focus, Eve is taking a holistic approach to the progress of the UAM ecosystem, with an advanced eVTOL project, an global service network, and a unique air traffic management (UATM) solution.
FlyBIS and Eve Air Mobility have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) for the acquisition of up to 40 eVTOLs to be delivered to FlyBIS operation from 2026. FlyBIS and Eve will collaborate in the development of the urban air mobility operation in the states of Rio Grande do Sul and Santa Catarina, with expansion plans for other Latin American countries.
